Founded with a vision to revolutionize healthcare administration through secure, compliant technology solutions, specifically tailored for the UK healthcare systems. Tested by clinicians and iterated based on their feedback from day one.
February 2025
Developed a prototype of our AI-powered medical transcription service, rigorously tested by clinicians across different settings. Lawyers ensured compliance, policy reviewers verified accuracy, and we iterated based on frontline feedback until the product met the standards we set.
March 2025
Expanded structured documentation, templates, and UK clinician-reviewed clinical content. Tested by clinicians and refined through continuous redesign based on their feedback.
April 2025
Strengthened security, privacy, and GDPR alignment while clinicians continued testing and shaping the product. Started formal clinical safety work—hazard logs, clinical risk management, and CSO-led oversight—with regular validation cycles.
July 2025
Tested by clinicians in GP and urgent care settings, with each round of feedback driving further improvements. Achieved Cyber Essentials certification and began DSPT (Data Security and Protection Toolkit) alignment. Hardened UK-hosted infrastructure for clinical use.

Advanced DTAC (Digital Technology Assessment Criteria) work across clinical safety, data protection, technical security, interoperability, and usability—building toward full NHS digital health assurance.
November 2025
Shipped SNOMED coding, letter generation, mobile recording, and practice-level workflows. Clinicians continued testing each release; we embedded clinical safety processes into every build, with formal hazard logging and clinical risk reviews.
February 2026
NHS standards met: DTAC met, DSPT certified, and DCB0129 clinical safety case completed—with full digital assurance in place. Formalised clinical governance, support operations, and a release cadence for regulated NHS environments ahead of launch.
May 2026
Full commercial launch—production-ready and live in NHS and private practice settings. Our first GP surgery partner went live, serving over 46,000 patients, with ongoing investment in reliability and clinician-led improvements.

Founder and CEO and Clinical Safety Officer (CSO)
Dr. Sukhvinder Dhamrait is a visionary leader and the driving force behind Clinic Companion. As a GP Partner with extensive experience across various healthcare settings - from A&E departments and urgent care centers to GP practices in diverse communities - he brings a comprehensive understanding of healthcare challenges.
His journey through different aspects of medical practice, including hospital medicine and primary care, gives him unique insights into the administrative burdens facing healthcare professionals. Currently working towards his AWS Solutions Architect qualification, Dr. Dhamrait combines his medical expertise with technical knowledge to develop innovative solutions.
As a GP Partner, Appraiser, and Trainer, he brings a wealth of clinical and educational experience to the team, ensuring that our solutions are not only technologically advanced but also practically valuable for healthcare professionals.
