What is Clinic Companion?
Clinic Companion is an AI-powered scribe and clinical assistant designed specifically for doctors. It listens, understands, and documents patient consultations in real-time, freeing clinicians from the burden of manual note-taking. It also supports decision-making by referencing the latest clinical guidelines, ensuring doctors have access to accurate, up-to-date information at the point of care.
How does Clinic Companion work?
Clinic Companion uses advanced AI to listen to your consultations, transcribe them in real-time, and understand the clinical context. It can be used in two ways: as a live assistant during consultations or for classic dictation after the consultation. The system integrates with your existing clinical software and can be accessed via desktop or mobile devices.

Clinic Companion achieves 95%+ accuracy for medical terminology and is 63.7% more accurate than traditional solutions. The system processes transcriptions 40x faster than standard transcription services.
Can I use my phone as a microphone?
Yes! Clinic Companion offers a unique mobile recording feature that allows you to use your phone as a microphone. This provides flexibility in how you record consultations, whether you're in the clinic or on the go.
Integration & Security
What clinical software does it integrate with?
For private providers, we currently integrate with Semble and Cliniko, with more integrations coming soon. This means consultations are automatically added directly into your system, eliminating the need for copy and paste. For NHS organizations, we are working towards integration with SystemOne, EMIS, and Accurx to provide seamless integration with NHS systems.
How secure is my data?
We take security seriously. Our platform meets NHS standards including DTAC, DSPT, and Cyber Essentials. We align with DBC0129 and ISO 27001 standards but are not yet certified (we believe in full transparency). We offer dedicated secure platforms for enhanced data protection and maintain full audit logs for compliance.
How does the FourteenFish integration work?
The FourteenFish integration allows for instant reflection on consultations, with AI-assisted reflections for deeper insights. You can analyze past cases for differential diagnosis or alternative management plans, and all reflections automatically count towards your CPD credits.
Pricing & Plans
What pricing plans are available?
We offer two main plans: Basic (£19.99/month) and Pro (£44.99/month). The Basic plan includes 500 AI credits and 500 transcription minutes per month, while the Pro plan includes 750 AI credits and 3,000 transcription minutes. We also offer custom enterprise solutions for NHS organizations and private healthcare providers. All plans include a 7-day free trial with 100 AI credits and 100 minutes.
What are AI credits?
AI credits are used for intelligent tasks like clinical Q&A, drafting letters, consultations, and more. Each task uses 1 credit on average. It's like having a smart assistant ready whenever you are.
How do transcription minutes work?
Most of our clinicians dictate notes in under a minute per consultation. For example, 500 minutes could cover up to 500 consultations per month. If you work 5 days a week, that covers 25 consultations a day comfortably!
