Switching Off Multi-Factor Authentication
Learn how to disable MFA (we recommend keeping it enabled for security)
Security Recommendation: We recommend leaving Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled. MFA provides an additional layer of security for your account and helps protect sensitive patient data. Keeping MFA enabled helps maintain the security of your professional account and supports healthcare security best practices.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a critical security feature that we strongly recommend keeping enabled at all times. MFA provides an essential additional layer of protection for your professional account and patient data by requiring a second form of verification beyond just your password. Disabling MFA significantly compromises the security of your account and increases the risk of unauthorized access. We strongly advise against turning off this security feature. However, if you absolutely must disable MFA despite these security risks, you can access your account settings by clicking on 'My Account' in your dashboard.
Security Considerations for This Step
